How do I register for Internet Banking?

To register for Internet Banking, you can complete the online form or visit us at one of our branches.

  What are One-Time Passwords?

Security is always top of mind for MYCU and to make sure your account cannot be accessed by anyone else we have introduced One-Time Passwords (OTP).

OTP is a unique password sent to your nominated mobile phone as an SMS message. When you register for OTP, you will be required to enter this additional unique password each time you log in to Internet Banking.

The OTP provides a stronger, smarter method for authenticating your online transactions so you can have peace of mind when banking online.

To register for One-Time Passwords simply:

  1. Log in to Internet Banking
  2. Go to the ‘My Preferences’ tab
  3. Select ‘Security Options’
  4. Register your mobile phone number

Please note: If you require a higher daily limit for EFT and BPAY transactions, MYCU will now require you to register for OTP.
